1) Please note that we cannot guarantee the reservation of single rooms at Moscow State University as there are only few rooms available. In this case we propose accommodation with a Russian family or at the nearby hotel Universitetskaya.

2) An additional USD 70 (SFr. 100.-) is required for faster processing if we receive the application less than 4 weeks before your entry to Russia.

3) There is an additional visa fee at the Russian Consulate (USD 50-140 depending on speed of delivery and visa duration). Certain Consulates require to mail the original invitation letters for long-term stays from Russia directly (e.g., UK, US, Austria, Switzerland) which we will add to the total cost.
