Our organization is in need of 2-units Locomotive and 50-units Flat Container Car, used but usable. These will be used in transporting cargo to help the farmers bring their products to market. We are planning to operate a rail based container cargo in Southern Philippines because the Pilipino Farmers has never had the opportunity to avail of low cost of freight and we feel this is the time to do so. Farmers and Farmers Association are indeed waiting for this project.
