Frankly, there are many fabulous Russian restaurants, but they are all very expensive, and if you include caviar, you will need to calculate USD 100 per person at least. Considered by many as the best restaurant in Russia/Moscow is the "Pushkin Cafe", where you dine in an exquisite environment in a cozy Moscow mansion of Pushkin's time together with Russia's "Nouveau riche".

Somewhat less expensive is "Eliseyevsky Gastronom" or "Kitesh".

A list of places and recommendations is available here:

If you would like to just eat caviar ("ikra") the real "russian way", just buy a cup of real caviar (be aware of fakes sold on the street!) in a shop and eat it with bread and butter at home. This certainly has the best quality/price index.

Bon appetit!

: quel st le meilleur restaurant à Moscou pour le caviar avec un bon rapport qualité prix ??
: merci
