The best way to get to Kemerovo from Moscow is by air. Tickets cost about $125 one way. The flights run daily from the Airport Vynukovo some 25 minutes to the South of Moscow. They depart each evening around 10:20PM and fly for approximately 4 hours to Kemerovo. They arrive in Kemerovo at approximately 6:30 AM. Return flights to Moscow are daily, departing Kemerovo at around 8:45PM.
In November the temperatures will drop to around minus 25 to minus 30 Celsius.
