Please note that you will need to fill out a new migration card when passing through customs. The card consists of two sections and the top portion is immediately collected by the passport/visa control officials, while the bottom part is collected when you leave the country (do not loose the card!). The cards will ask for first and last name, date of birth, sex, passport number, citizenship, purpose of the visit, temporary residence in Russia, the period of stay and the inviting organization. Officials will also ask about your plans and decide about the length of your visa (may well be different then the orginal visa!). Therefore, take copies of your invitation letters and other travel documents with you.
