No Visa needed for citizens of EU, USA, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Brazil and many other countries.
If you are citizen from a country that require a visa, we will be happy to provide with the needed documentation to get the visa.
Note the following steps:
- We need your online application.
- We need a scanned copy of your passport and participation confirmation.
Important points to note:
- Validity of the passport must be not less than 6 month.
- Invitations are usually sent via email or fax. Embassies or consulates in some countries may ask for the original of the invitation. If so, we will send you the invitation letter via express mail DHL. Cost of express-mail delivery is depending on the country of residence. Please contact your embassy or consulate in advance to obtain the list of requested documents.
